Stuart Baxter agreed to work well with New Signing Themba Zwane after signing a three year deal

Amakhosi fans will be happy and delighted to know that their coach Stuart Baxter has agreed to work with new Signing Themba Zwane who left Mamelodi Sundowns for the Soweto giants as a free agent for a reported three year contract. Siya Crew Source have reported that Stuart Baxter is the one who met and convince Themba Zwane to sign with Amakhosi who are trying to rebuild their aging squad after what seemed to be a very mixed year in their last campaign. A top eight finish in the last year of the season and firing of coach Gavin Hunt after failing to get his team tick. Now with new signings expected this week, a reliable Source close to Chiefs in Naturena told reporters that Baxter and Zwane will start pre-season soon.

” Stuart Baxter managed to convince Themba Zwane to sign with Kaizer Chiefs. He agreed the two will work well together and definitely he will help the team get back to their hunt of their first silverware in years. He will meet with Zwane again for pre-season by next week after their time off with families. The two worked together when Baxter was still coaching Bafana Bafana and they know each other well so working together again at Chiefs will bring good for the club,” Vina Maphosa told KickOff.com Sources.

News coming out of Naturena is that a few players will be joining Amakhosi for a pre-season in Polokwane Limpopo next week to prepare for next season campaign. The likes of Sifiso Hlanti and Njabulo Ngcobo are believed to be on their way to Naturena. Definitely Zwane will add a lot of experience and depth at Chiefs, a loss to Mamelodi Sundowns for sure. Let me know what you think.
